A local hero (Stallone) is the sheriff of a small New Jersey town that is populated by NYC cops. He is encouraged by NYC Internal Affairs to investigate a corruption scandal.

Well received character driven drama, that should appeal to fans crime drama. This is Stallone's best performance since Rocky and should delight fans of his, as well. You might be surprised by how good this movie is, the plot is rich, and the direction is admirable.
