A compulsive con man gets an unexpected visit from his long lost daughter while planning a currency exchange job.

Coming off his direction of Gladiator, Ridley Scott helms this adaptation of the novel by Eric Garcia. Nicolas Cage is quirky and satisfying while getting help from Lohman and Rockwell who both once again give fine performances. A high quality script makes for fun and some guess work before the final plot twist kicks in.

Not a high-energy crime piece but very satisfying just the same.
