A wealthy investor has funded research into cloning live dinosaurs from their DNA, and hopes to open a theme park on a deserted island.

Wonderful effects. Wonderful effects. Wonderful effects. But all in all a frustrating movie. It's on the cusp of greatness, but it lets you down with minimal decent dialogue and a plot without any meaningful twists. Created quite a stir in its release and it really is an exciting adventure film with excellent special effects. Still, I have to call it a "must see" film.
